We have a 2 business day handling time on processing and shipping all orders, excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated). We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 10-20 working days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.
- How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 10-20 business days. If you’re still not sure, just email us. We’re happy to help.
- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
- Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly please contact us and we will fix it for you.
- When Will My Order Be Processed?
- We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and colour because we cannot modify your orders, once they have been submitted. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of ordering and be shipped the next following day. All orders are handled and shipped out from our International suppliers. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
